Jeannette and I were very pleased and impressed the way Sandy showed us the different places/ homes and lots we are interesssed in. Sandy kows the nigbourhood like her pocket. Sandy Limberger is an extremely patient and pleasant realtor who will work very diligently to accomplish one's goals in property procurement. Sandy worked with us on a short sale back in 2009 that took 13 months. We were amazed that she never gave up on this very complicated situation. Sandy answered my call on a Saturday. She then got in touch with the listing agent, prepared and e mailed my contract that day. After I signed it she sent it out right away then let me know that a response was expected on Monday. I couldn't have ask for a more pleasant, efficient agent.
