Tina is by far the most professional and dedicated salesperson I have ever had the pleasure to work with. Tina sold my $869,000 house in Lakewood Ranch in 1 day. It never made it to MLS. How do I begin to describe our relationship with Tina? Let us begin with 5 stars...... We met Tina when we asked her to visit our home in December. We wanted to ask her opinion about our home prior to looking at another home that had peaked our interest. What a breath of fresh air she was, from the moment we met her. Within a week we had visited the house of interest and made an offer. Tina helped us every step of the way, and we closed on the house within 6 weeks. We moved into our lovely home in Teal Creek Glen, and then we began preparing our home in Blythefield Terrace. Tina made constructive suggestions and we followed them. At her suggestion and her assistance we brought in stagers who made our home look wonderful. It looked so nice that we made a joke that we would like to move back in. Through every step of the way Tina was a consumate professional, but better than this I truly would always look forward to seeing her. She is so full of energy, and so knowledgeable about her business. Always looking beautiful, like a runway model, whenever she showed our home or held an open house, and she is great company. Tina is one of the hardest working young women that I have ever met. I have no idea how she balances such a demanding career, and yet has the time to do everything else, including raising her beautiful family. On July 2nd we closed the sale on our Blythefield home. Tina was behind us, all of the way and through every step, representing our best interests as buyers and sellers of these two homes. We couldn’t have asked for a better experienced, and true professional who works extremely hard for her clients. Five STARS! Tina is by far the finest real estate professional that I have ever had the pleasure to work with. I am not a rookie at buying and selling properties around the world and Tina would sit at the very top of my list as the role model for R/E transactions. Tina is incredibly smart and more importantly has amazing EQ which gives her very strong ability to relate to people, sell her value and the value of anyone or any Company that she chooses to affiliate with. I cannot say enough. I have no idea if she reads these however, throughout the course of our transaction together, I came to know a little about her and in particular, her proud sense of Greek heritage. So, to put this in a fun perspective for her, Tina Carries the "Ethos" of her Company to the customer which gives the customer a sense of confidence and credibility in her and she creates a "pathos" with her customers, which is the strongest form of engagement. Finally, by utilizing her extensive her extensive set of resources and team, she drives the "Logos", which is result. Aristotle would be proud of her in embracing the three attributes of "sustainable success" ... Ethos / Pathos / Logos. I hope she reads this and at least gets a chuckle.
