I had had the opportunity to work with Bernard "BJ" Jones from Michael Saunders & Company recently. I had the best selling and buying experience ever! It all started when BJ Jones found me a realtor through his relationship with a brokerage in Pennsylvania, where I needed to sell my home, and a realtor at a brokerage in Colorado Springs, where I was moving to. BJ told me he had Affiliate relationships with the top brokerages anywhere in the world, and he would make sure that I had the best agent in both places to help me sell and find a new home. He was right! The process worked flawlessly, and the agents from both brokerages gave me the “white glove” treatment. They made sure I was well taken care of and made the process as smooth as possible. I had to be in Colorado by a certain date and everyone did a marvelous job to make that happen. I would highly recommend contacting BJ Jones regardless of where you live if you are looking for assistance from the top-rated real estate company in your local area. He is a relocation expert!

BJ Jones was extremely helpful from the start. Coming from out of state, he helped us set up homes to see with an ever-changing list. He met us at the airport, and on our way to the first showing he had us on speakerphone, letting us know where things were located through the areas we drove. He helped us keep everything on schedule and followed up with any questions or concerns we had. He always was pleasant. I would recommend him to everyone (and we already have).

Wow! Working with BJ Jones made our home purchase so stress free. BJ was friendly, prompt, informed and professional. While in the midst of a pandemic, he was able to show us properties, the water ways, and surrounding area of Port Charlotte via video chat. BJ Jones stayed in contact via email, phone and video chat throughout the selection, purchase, and closing of our lovely waterfront home.
