We have been clients (and fans) of Helene since we met in 2004 when she took us around the Venice area looking for a home. We ended up in a lovely condo that was just perfect until a transfer forced us to relocate to the eastern side of Florida in 2014 and we once again called Helene for her expertise in selling a home. At that time, we had two condos and she listed both of them. In no time, she had them both sold. She works hard on your listing and advertises and markets your property both locally and to people up north, which is a huge blessing. Her professionalism and caring matches no other person on the market today. That is why, even 10 years later, we called Helene first and she was right there to help us out and sell our place(s). We could not have been happier with our decision to list with Helene Johnston. We listed our Plantation condo in April and it closed in August. Helene could not have been more professional than she was. She was always on top of everything and keeping us informed of everything that was going on. After the closing, Helene made a donation to a local charity in our name. It takes a special type of person to do something like that. Thank you to Helene and for being a true professional.

We met Helene Johnston In September 2014 while we were looking for a property in Florida, We were so very lucky that she was 'on duty' when we walked into the LBK Real Estate Office that afternoon. She spent a lot of time helping us to become familiar with the area and introduced us to Venice, where we've now offered on a lovely home in Govenor's Green. She went far beyond the 'call of duty'. As 'Brits', She has had to educate us in the US Sales Process and has been so very patient, keeping us informed on everything along the way, she has demonstrated excellent communication skills.
