I am happy to report an exceptional real estate experience while working with JoAnne Sckowska. This is the fifth real estate transaction we have offered her and she has come thru again with flying colors. She comes to the initial meeting prepared with backup documentation on the value of the property in question and gives you a list of the documents she will need from you in order to close this transaction. She stays calm in the negotiating phase and keeps the sale together. She is very knowledgable in real estate values and procedures. I have recommended her to friends in the past and would not hesitate to do so in the future.

It was a blessing to meet Jo-Anne. She was very comfortable to speak to and once we sat down to discuss the sale of my home, and buying a new home; I immediately knew she was the Realtor that I wanted. She had done all her research regarding my area, and was very knowledgeable about the properties in the area. Jo-Anne made me feel comfortable throughout the entire sale and buy process. She was with me every step of the way.
