JoDene Moneuse was both the listing agent and our agent during the sale.It can sometimes be difficult to have the same agent acting as both the sellers and buyers representative. I believe JoDene acted fairly and provided all the information for a mutually acceptable deal. Once the negotiation phase was finished she helped us with the closing process. Since we were out of town for most of it this process she made things a lot easier. She offered us several choices for services that needed to be done so that we could then make our independent choices. JoDene also became our agent for the sale of our Condo at 4390 Exeter. I believe she did a great job at representing and arranging the property for sale. She would make her suggestions and listen to what we wanted during the process and was very respectful of our decisions. She is always happy and energetic and ready to jump in and help us out. That is an invaluable attribute.

My husband and I decided to transition from a condo to a house on Longboat Key. We met JoDene when we came across a house that fit our needs. She was so great at facilitating the process for us that we also asked her to sell our condo, which was sold just weeks after listing it! She goes above and beyond your expectations and doesn’t make you feel pressured in any way. I would definitely recommend her for either side of the real estate process that you find yourself.

I’m a snowbird and JoDene has been my neighbor and caretaker and Woman Friday for over 20 years! She is such a hard working, caring and kind person in everything she does! I’m not selling but if I were, would give JoDene the listing! She’s a gem!

Bradenton is my home town and I was looking to return after a 38-year absence. JoDene was recommended to me by a family member. I worked with her on my very short schedule and through a storm. My wife and I worked with JoDene to purchase our home on Longboat Key, Florida. Working with JoDene was the very best experience I have ever had in dealing with a real estate agent [and I have had many previous dealings]. I honestly must say that working with JoDene felt like we were receiving concierge service. She is that amazing.
