I am so grateful that I had Jody's expertise and professionalism to make buying my Bradenton condo such a rewarding experience. From the first time I walked into the Michael Saunders & Company office in Bradenton, Jody treated me with respect and patience - so nice for a Canadian looking to buy her first place in the sun! She was very knowledgeable and realistic - and respected my desires and price range. While the process took a few months to complete, Jody was always available to answer my questions and provide advice and updates. She certainly went the extra mile on numerous occasions. I would highly recommend Jody to any potential home hunters - they will not be disappointed!

Jody was always pleasant not to mention extremely professional and competent. Most of all, she was always available to take even my most mundane questions with a cheerful attitude. Jody was usually the person to initiate communication as she continually kept us up to date on the progress of our transactions.

My wife and I could not be happier with the service that Jody has given us. We purchased two properties and sold one over the course of the past year.
