It is difficult to find words to describe my feelings about Maruta. How about 'EXCEPTIONAL'! In the seemingly endless period which resulted in a sale and closing, Maruta was like a mother hen! She and the buyer's agent worked like a real team, and did so with integrity and good old common sense. She also recommended the other services at MSC, which we took full advantage of, mortgage and title company. Everyone was very professional, and helped make the closing process as smooth as possible.

Ms. Maruta Miluns was highly recommended by my dear friends. The initial meeting went extremely well; we established all the ground rules which included pricing, marketing, responsibilities, and review dates. It wasn't an easy sale.
