My wife, Jennifer and I closed on a luxury condo at The Oaks. As a VP of Sales of a 20-member management team and 75 sales reps, I hire and work with a lot of different successful sales individuals in a $450M company in Foodservice Distribution. Mary Jo would be in my top 10 employees. She has the following qualities: personable, responsible, caring, patient and her communication sense of urgency is most impressive. I work very hard with my salespeople on a “sense of urgency” as I believe it is one of the most important qualities in handling customers. Mary Jo is a model for this trait. The anxiety when you are buying a property cannot be overstated. In closing, I will recommend her often in my travels and interactions as well she will be my listing agent years later when I sell.
