It’s more than a sale with Richard! I have known Richard for over 12 years. He has not only been instrumental in the purchase and sale of multiple residences for me, but even more importantly, he was there and continues to be there for me, since the tragic passing of my wife which will now be 2 years ago. We own a gulf front property on Longboat Key which we decided to sell. I chose Richard after researching different companies and interviewing Richard. Since none of us live in Florida, it was critical to me to find someone highly experienced on Longboat Key who could represent us with local contractors as well as buyers. Richard has done an outstanding job on both fronts. We received 2 offers in the first 30 days of the listing, and the property is currently under contract.
