We recently had the pleasure of working with Sandi Dietrich, Realtor in the listing, sale, and more recently, closing of our home/property in Bradenton, FL From the start, we experienced first-class professionalism, clear level setting of expectations and experience whereby Sandi delivered beyond our expectations! Her ongoing communication and guidance in dealing with a very challenging set of buyers helped alleviate our anxieties and frustrations throughout the process. If it wasn’t for Sandi, we do not know how we would have gotten through the “flip-flopping” and the indecisiveness of the buyers. The final outcome resulted in the deal closing but not without Sandi finding a quick solution to a last-minute glitch caused by the buyers! We are beyond satisfied and believe that Sandi Dietrich is the reason why!

We just moved in to our new home and I want to thank Sandi Dietrich, our realtor, for the fantastic job she did in selling our old house and helping us to find the new home. She is friendly, professional, thorough and extremely good at managing even the smallest detail . Not only did Sandi find our new house but she was instrumental in finding a contractor for the renovations we wanted to do . SANDI is a true professional . She was on top of her game from our initial meeting to listing thru closing . She exceeded all our expectations , sold our home quickly for the full asking price . She is pleasant , easy to work with , provided candid input and direction in our best interest to optimize value . She charted and piloted a successful course from beginning to end of the sale process. We intend to use SANDI on the next step , a home purchase , now that she has sold our home. Sandi Dietrich Is an amazing lady, when we first met her I instantly knew she was the person I would trust the sale of our home with . She went above and beyond what we ever experienced with other real estate agent, she dotted all the i’s and crossed the t’s. Sandi had all the specifications of the area , canal, town information in regarding taxes, water ways , size of boats , community fees ready for any questions that came her way, what she didn’t have she quickly retrieved . We are Canadians, listed June 2017 and our home sold in March 2018. We were out of the country for many months, we had no worries with our home, Sandi made sure everything was kept in tip top shape by maintenance crew, and she actually did more than ever expected of her. When Hurricane Irma came our home was ready with help from Sandi who hired a company to install the shutters for us. Sandi held a numbered open house and served coffee and baked cookies She had also staged our home for the sale. Upon clearing with us Sandi held one of the monthly staff meeting at our home that opened it up to a bigger market. We couldn’t have been more pleased or appreciative to have the privilege of having Sandi as our agent. Sandi is very professional , a beautiful family oriented lady who we consider a friend . We were having a tough time selling our house, and after being on the market for 6 months with no leads, we changed realtors to Sandi. Sandi is exactly what a realtor should be. She is the epitome of professionalism and went above and beyond to make sure our home was a priority. Sandi brought in a couple pieces of her own to make our empty house feel warm and made sure each showing showcased our house in the best light possible. She frequently communicated with us and provided great direction and advice. Sandi sold our home in just one month! I highly recommend using Sandi to sell your home.
