After deciding that our recently widowed mother needed to be closer to family, we had to find a realtor to sell her condo in the Meadows (none of us live in Florida which presented the first challenge). We found Terri after reviewing close to a hundred realtor profiles and decided that Terri would be a great fit... and happy to tell you, she was the perfect realtor for us! Terri's knowledge and professional manner, her calm presence and her attention to detail every step of the way turned a very challenging time into a positive one. My aunt bought a home from Terri Thacker several years ago, but when her health started to fail she decided to sell. The house sold, and was set to close, unfortunately my aunt passed away. Terri was wonderful, going out of her way to check on me, and providing me with contacts. Every roadblock possible happened; however the house finally closed almost four months to the day. I don't know what I would've done without Terri's help. She checked on the house for me and would meet with various people at the house. Terri is just a wonderful and caring person.

I do not think the professionalism of Michael Saunders & Company can be overstated. From beginning to end and that was when you were transitioning mortgage companies, I felt not only secure but as though I was someone special. You can be especially proud of Terri Thacker. I do not believe I have met a more competent and caring sales person. Mine was a small deal, but you would never have known it from the kindness and thoroughness she exhibited. Terri has my loyalty and I have tried to repay in some small way by referring others to her.

We met Terri Thacker shortly after returning to live in the United States following forty-five years of living abroad. There were many things that were new to us about purchasing a home and about living in the U.S. Thanks to Terri, we found a home that is perfect for us. Terri is an extremely positive and upbeat person, but she is also realistic, practical and very well-informed about the technical aspects of real estate. I first met Terri Thacker when I was buying a home. Terri never tried to place me in a more expensive home; she was sensitive to family’s needs and requirements. She was persistent, in a non-threatening manner, which made shopping for a home stress free and fun. More recently, Terri assisted me in selling a property that was in my mother’s estate. Our relationship with Terri occurred while we were living in England. Through many months, Terri was always there for us, mainly by email across “the pond” and in person when we finally committed to a Sarasota-area home, connecting with her during our summer stateside visits.
