We loved working with Tom. He is thorough, professional, knowledgable, responsive and fun. He is a walking encyclopedia on the Sarasota area and we learned a lot from him as we were deciding on a location to buy in Sarasota. We were not able to attend our walk through so Tom went in our place and pointed out things that needed to be corrected prior to closing. Tom is very client focused and we were thrilled that he was our realtor. He kept us informed throughout the entire building process. We highly recommend Tom.

Tom went way out of his way to make purchase/ building of our new home a pleasant experience! Outstanding communication. Sent frequent updates with photos, was on site during final inspection which we had to attend via FaceTime. Took all of our concerns direct to Taylor Morrison Representatives and was able to get us everything we wanted. I highly recommend Tom to any future home buyers!

No need to mention all the details that Tom took care of, I only need to mention what a great job that he did on my behalf. I used Tom on a condo that I recently sold and now I saw how he handeled the other side of a real estate transaction. With a doubt if the need arose I would contact him again, more importantly, I would strongly recommend Tom and Michael Saunders to anyone I know contemplation a real estate transaction.

I sincerely believe Tom Cinquegrano is one of the finest realtors in America!!!! Tom is honest; thorough; knowledgeable and a very kind man. Selling real estate at The Longboat Key Club can be very difficult because it is a condotel with many layers bureaucracies, Tom has over 40 years of real estate experience and nobody has more knowledge of the island than Tom !!!!!!
