On a scale of one to ten, our overall experience with Amy was a twelve. As Rachel told me many times when there were tasks to be completed, Amy was “on it”! We completed our visits to potential properties within two days and made an offer on day three. We were in St. Louis, Missouri during most of the time between making the offer and the closing. Amy helped keep the process moving forward smoothly and coordinated all of the inspections and follow-up. The owner of the house was out of the country on the day of close. Amy helped keep the Title Company representative from having a heart attack when a few details needed to be worked out with the owner on the other side of the planet. Over the years we have purchased several homes. This was the smoothest process we have experienced. Amy gets credit for that!

I would rate Amy Chapman 10 if you could rate that high! She is definitely a 5! She has gone way beyond duty working with me on buying my condo! She gets back to me or answers the phone everytime I call. She answers all my questions or finds the answers immediately, I have worked with many realtors in my life and Amy was by far the best! Not even close. I have recommended her to many people and plan on using her again when I need a realtor. I cant say enough about her but you are very lucky to have Amy working for your company! Amy Chapman is the most customer-oriented business person I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with—and a first-rate real estate agent. I feel so fortunate that she was my advocate when I recently bought a house in Sarasota. She first negotiated an incredible price for the house I wanted and then negotiated $7,500 in seller credits, well beyond my expectations. And her customer service didn’t end at the closing. From first seeing the house to closing took less than 30 days thanks to Amy and her team. I can’t recommend her highly enough.

Amy helped us find our condo a little over a year ago. We’ve had some minor issues since then (A/C and such) and Amy has been very helpful in sending us referrals and even making calls to companies for us! If you need a fantastic and reliable realtor, Amy is your gal!!!

I am so glad Amy was my realtor. She and Michael Sanders & Company took excellent care of me -- guiding me through my decision to sell my property, marketing it, showing it, and getting the highest price possible for it. I was in the Northeast and unable to come to Sarasota during the process. Amy handled everything!!! She is well connected and knows the Sarasota marketplace. Kudos Amy and thank you!

At my first meeting with Amy,before I even retained her as the listing broker,she had already done all the in-depth research, and gave me an estimated list price,based on the market,without improvements..........impressive............how could I not retain her ? Then she came back later with a revised list price,taking those into account. Amy is responsive,charming,really smart,and a professional who knows truly her business at a depth that is exceptional,and that far exceeds my prior experiences with realtors. Amy was referred to us my a good friend and we couldn't be more pleased. She was kind, curtious, clear with her communication. She was dialed into us on a personal level very quickly and didn't try to push into something we didn't want and more importantantly we couldn't afford.
