Bernadette was extremely instrumental in helping us find a home that fit all of our needs but presented us with an opportunity to make an investment that would pay dividends in the future. Based on our experience with Bernadette in 2018, there was no doubt who we needed to help us sell. Throughout the process, she had one thing in mind, us. She made sure that any showing was convenient to us, she helped us stage the home such that it provided potential buyers with the full picture of the home and how every room could be used. Her marketing material was first class and super professional. Bernadette goes above and beyond throughout the entire transaction. Her preparation and diligent research as to what we should list the home allowed us to maximize the full potential of the home. She was at every showing, inspection, and appraisal appointment. Once we were under contract, she meticulously followed up with buyer’s agent on all deadlines and swiftly moved us from contract to closing in less than 30 days. We have bought and sold many homes in our life, and nothing compares to the effort and care that Bernadette provides to her client. She treated us as more than a client, but a friend.

It’s hard to imagine a better real estate agent than Bernadette Caswell – and to be honest, I’m not someone who compliments easily. For the last 4 or 5 years, we would reach out to Bernadette when visiting Sarasota and ask her to show us available homes on the market…when we finally put an offer in and were in negotiations with the sellers, Bernadette was taking a few well deserved days off. But airplanes and airport chaos did not stand in her way. She called in between her connection and continued working the entire time. A sale is a sale, I guess, but this wasn’t a multi-million-dollar house and she could have asked us to wait for a few hours, but once again, that strong work ethic and drive got in the way. In such a good way for us. Her attention to detail to make sure everything was taken care of was just truly remarkable. Her calm but firm demeanor kept all the parties in line, while making sure every detail was taken care of. We also need to point out that is how personable she is and how we loved spending time, talking to her and learning from her. Her integrity and honesty is second to none, and we trusted her, and still do. We love our house in Lakewood Ranch and we attribute that all to Bernadette. In our opinion, Bernadette is perfection.

To be honest, we didn’t realize how much a real estate agent stayed involved during that process. And I’d be willing to bet that agents do continue to play a role, but not to the precision of Bernadette. No question was too challenging for her, and if there were an occasional answer she didn’t know, she got us answers within hours, or probably within minutes. Her integrity and honesty are second to none, and we trusted her, and still do. We love our house in Lakewood Ranch and we attribute that all to Bernadette. Although we are still new to the community, I can assure you we will recommend her to every person we meet so if they’re in the market, or know someone that is, they strongly consider Bernadette. In our opinion, Bernadette is perfection.

Bernadette and Linda got the job done. We had our home on the market the previous year without even a nibble. But, from the start of our contract with them, they aggressively pursued a sale for us, and never let up. We were in two realtor caravans. They were at every showing, even when they were stretched by other commitments. The partnership made communication easy and immediate. We can't recommend them more highly.

Bernadette went beyond her call to help us find what we were looking for. She was always available to take our calls and accommodate our needs. Six weeks prior to our closing in our home in UPCC, she showed us a home that was compatible to what we wanted. Bernadette went to work and made it happen. She was able to arrange the closing of both homes on the same day. We could have not been more pleased with the service we received from Bernadette. She is not only a professional in her field, she's also a carrying individual who's first priority is pleasing her customers.
