Sandy is hands down the best realtor I've ever dealt with! She knows her market and is great at assisting with the little details an out of town buyer struggles with. I bought a condo and she assisted in getting information from the association, the management company and the sellers, who were European. Choose Sandy and you'll have a pleasant buying experience!

I called Sandy to see a property because Michael Saunders was the agent and I had worked with her in the past. Sandy exceeds expectations in all categories...there are so many things she has done for me over the past several years! She always takes the extra step like surveying prospective homes and personally takeing pictures of all the good and areas of concern as well as detailed analysis of area and market data! I will probably buy in that area and Sandy will be the only person I deal with and she is a real jewel and I appreciate her! She is such a asset to your company! If she was in Virginia Beach, I would try and hire her!

We have been working with Sandy to find a building lot or an existing home to buy in the Burnt Store area. She has been informative and patient with us and has been available any time we needed to reach her. We never get the feeling that Sandy is trying to "sell" us anything, but is merely helping us find what is available and providing the information we need to make an informed purchase. We have worked with many realtors, in several states, and have enjoyed working with Sandy the most. She is terrific!

Sandra is an exceptional agent...She has always exceeded my expectations in the past several years I have been looking at property in Punta Gorda...She personnaly takes pictures and gives me commentary on all properties as well as all other comps---my comfort level is extremely high with her and she is a true asset to her company!
