Sherri Mills did a fantastic job handling the sale of my mother’s property in Sarasota. I have been in the mortgage business for over 40 years so I feel I am qualified to know a good real estate agent when I see one. I don’t hand out compliments unless there has been a job well done and I am handing one out to Sherri. It was not an easy sale due to outside forces we had no control over but Sherri‘s experience with this kind of stuff got us to the closing table.

I had not met Sherri Mills, but my daughter recommended her. During our search, Sherri communicated with us daily, providing us with information on homes available. We soon found just the right one. Sherri handled the transaction very smoothly, talking care of every little detail. We were happy to call Sherri to list the house we were leaving, knowing she would handle everything in her efficient and pleasant manner, and would take care of everything for us. She skillfully worked through some difficult negotiations, all the while conducting herself in a freindly, courteous and professional manner. In late February I decided to sell my home in Country Place subdivision. I contacted Sherri Mills, who was recommended to me by our common friend. What happened next continues to amaze me. Within days, the property had been exquisitely photographed, listed on MLS and viewed by other realtors. She acted professionally and did all the heavy lifting for me. We laughed a lot. When I met Sherri, my husband and I were toying with the idea of looking into buying a home. As first time homebuyers, we were not really sure where to start. Sherri gently offered to give us some advice and contact information for mortgage lenders. Sherri was asking very pertinent questions, and was very good at getting us both to vocalize our thoughts and feelings of certain traits of each home and neighborhood. After working nine months with another realtor who could neither find me a home nor get me a mortgage, I had about given up buying my own home until I could sell my house. Then, a friend introduced me to Sherri. Sherri was a terrific support system every step of the way. After, I explained my dilemma (plenty of assets and income, but nothing to show on my 2009 tax return), Sherry's first words were, 'I can get you a mortgage.' She did, quickly and with no hassle.
