Having worked with several real estate agents in the past, Tammy is absolutely the best we have worked with. Tammy is professional, ethical, honest and works extremely hard for you as her client. Tammy's knowledge of the real estate industry and specially in her market area is most impressive. My husband and I would never think of using anyone else but Tammy Mast. She sold us our home back in 2009 when we moved back into the Sarasota area and so when we decided to sell and purchase again we had no hesitation to contact her to do the job for us. She is a hardworking and honest Realtor and works for you, which is hard to find these days. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a home in our area.

I could not ask for a more professional and caring Realtor. We found her on the internet from our home in New York. We arrived in Sarasota and spent 4 days with her looking at many, many homes. It was not until we arrived home did Tammy find a new listing that she knew we would love. We stayed in that home for 3 winters. She listed that home and it was sold in less than 30 days. She then found our new lot for our new home by knocking on doors. She is always available and there to assist the buyer or seller through the many steps til closing. We highly recommend her

We have bought and sold over 30 houses over the years and we think Tammy is the best real estate person we have ever used. She is thorough, professional and very knowledgeable about the market place. Tammy is also very quick to totally understand your needs and objectives which makes the process of buying property much easier and less time consuming. We are from Canada and she made the process of purchasing a home here much easier than we thought it was going to be. I would recommend Tammy time and time again.
