Barbara helped our family move from out of state to the Sarasota/Bradenton area. Her knowledge of the area, the neighborhoods and schools made it easy for us to pick the community we wanted to live in and what would be best for our kids. We ultimately decided to build a new home and Barbara was instrumental in walking us through that process and working with the builder. She was a pleasure to work with and so helpful throughout the entire process! We can’t recommend her enough!

Barbara was excellent! She made me feel comfortable with her knowledge of the market, she suggested rooms to stage for the best photography (she was right!), she marketed my property everywhere, she communicated with me throughout the process and finally she put my condo under contract after only 23 days from listing! I highly recommend Barbara to anyone buying or selling in the greater Sarasota area. She made my experience smooth and a pleasure. When we 1st met with Barbara she came in with a sparkling personality that made us feel like we had known her our whole lives. Respectful to all members of our family that she came in contact with. She provided a thorough explanation of what should be expected from start to finish. Her attentiveness to every detail ensured that a smooth transaction would take place. Emails, phone calls, and text were promptly returned with a well-educated answer to our questions and concerns. We always felt that she was there to ensure that the best results were attained vs just selling our home. During the process, we purchased a new home and had the pleasure of seeing Barbara work both sides at the same time. Not once did she falter during transactions. We were blessed not just to have met a realtor but to have made a friend.

5 stars is not high enough of a rating. She deserves 10! We were the buyers in our transaction and the seller was difficult to deal with. Barbara handled the transaction with grace and ease.
