After our father/in-law moved into an assisted living facility, we needed to sell his villa. Cheryl's knowledge made the Power of Attorney situation a breeze! She was very helpful, knowing that we did not live at the property, and always offered to go above and beyond her duties (ex. wiping up dirty footprints on the tile after a rainy day showing). While Cheryl was boarding an airplane for a much-needed vacation, we managed to get multiple offers! Cheryl kept our mind at ease and put us in good hands with her coworker, Debbie Vogler, who helped us through signing the offer contract. We sold at full asking price! We highly recommend Cheryl and we would use her expertise in the future.

Cheryl Roberts is an amazing woman and realtor. She helped us to find the perfect home in Sarasota and then helped us to buy a beach cottage in Anna Maria Island. Cheryl worked tirelessly, driving us everywhere, looking at everything for sale in our price range. We would work on lists together and she would advise us of the homes that met our criteria. During this time I could not believe the boundless energy that Cheryl exhibited. Our first Christmas in Sarasota, our in-laws came for a visit. They loved the area so much they wanted to look for a winter home. I introduced them to Cheryl and they found a lovely villa not far from our home. When relocating from out-of-state Cheryl Roberts provided the knowledge of the Bradenton area that we needed. She had the patience required to help us when my husband and I were going through a difficult transition period. We are more than happy clients. Moving is extremely stressful but with Cheryl there to walk us through every step, we were able to get through it relatively pain free!

Cheryl more than exceeded my expectations, taking care of every aspect of listing, marketing and quickly selling my father’s home. She even arranged to have the remaining furniture removed from the house! She was very professional throughout the process, and communicated very well with me on a regular basis.
