I had a very unique home to sell on Siesta Key which required real talent to market. It was an authentic Mexican style home which proved difficult to sell. Linda assisted us in staging and appealing to a greater market of buyers. The brochure was very professionally designed and she was always willing to go the extra mile to make sure we got as much exposure as possible. Needless to say, after being on the market for the previous year, our home sold in 18 days with Linda. She and her associate, Chantelle, were always there for us, answering our calls promptly and making sure the transaction closed smoothly. I am highly recommending her and her team to market your home. I'm sure it will be as wonderful an experience as we encountered.

We had a terrific experience with Linda. After listing with another realtor and seeing literally no action for 6 months we re-listed with Linda. Linda helped us understand the market, the competing properties and worked with us closely to set the right price. As a result, we sold in a week for over our asking price! I also couldn't say enough about Linda's after sales service. We were in New York while all of this was happening and Linda had the contacts and resources to get all of the miscellaneous fix ups done on the house. Her assistant Chantelle is a huge asset. Linda and her team are highly recommended!

We enjoyed working with the energetic Linda Driggs. She is highly professional and does a beautiful picture portfolio of your house. She outlines what will be done and in what time-frame. She responds in a timely fashion and keeps one apprised of showings with feedback. From the time we signed our contract and closed, we were kept informed of everything that needed to be completed.
