Mark was extremely informative and understanding through our home buying experience. We were so fortunate to meet him at an open house and then work with him. And even though my husband and I changed our minds and decided to buy in Virginia Beach instead, Mark still went out of his way to help us which was most appreciative and reassuring being that this was our first home. Mark is the best!

Mark is very caring and helpful for selling your property. He has knowledge of the ins and outs of negotiations He is responsive when you have questions and makes you feel relieved about the process. I would recommend him to anyone who is wanting to sell or buy a home.

Mark Boehmig... wow, the guy should change his name to Johnny on the spot. Asking and answering all the right questions. Mark was always one phone call or text away. It didn’t matter what time of day or if it was a weekend. He is very dedicated to his clients needs!! He had our house sold within one month and helped us in the purchase of our new one. He had a "lets go get it" attitude and always remained professional. In the end, we have the perfect house, and we secured the perfect deal. Being new to the area finding a good Realtor is like finding a good mechanic when you need one. Who do you call, who would you trust to resolve your headache and stand by the work? Well jackpot, jackpot. Mark was absolutely the best one all four sides. Carol and I worked with Mark for weeks on end , he was so patient, courteous, always at the top of his game. We have never experienced such service or concern helping us find the right home he was steadfast in the search. He sold our house in one very short month. Having his expertise and level of knowledge we knew from the beginning he had a personal interest in us. Mark was referred to me by a realtor that I had already been working with who was unable to assist me for a period of time. Upon meeting him, I knew exactly why she trusted him with her clients. I dragged Mark around most of Manatee County and a little bit of Hillsbrough County and he never once complained. We looked at a lot of houses that were attached to acres of land so it was necessary for us to drive sometimes a good distance between showings. He never had an issue with taking me to the same house for a second look. Once I found a house that I loved, Mark did everything that a realtor should to assist his client in sealing the deal. He was a great help, he is a great realtor, he found me a great house and I've walked away with a great friend as well. Thanks Mark!!
