We had a double transaction of sale and purchase on July 3 and would just like to express our deepest appreciation for the hard work by Mina Johnson to accomplish this very difficult task. Mina was there for us every step of the way and was constantly on top of everything that needed to be taken care of to ensure a smooth closing for both properties. My family has purchased and sold a number of properties on Siesta Key - both homes and investment properties. After working the first time with Ethel and Harvey back in 2012, there was and is no other real estate professionals we would work other than Ethel (and Mina). Their professionalism, their sound advice and their tireless efforts on behalf of their clients cannot be understated. We strongly recommend their services to anyone that asks. Mina Johnson was part of the Realtor team that sold my mother’s home after her passing. My sisters and I want to thank her for everything she did to make this happen. She did an excellent job of communicating with us and kept us informed every step of the way. She coordinated many important aspects including the buyer walk thru, as well as our due dates for the tasks we needed to accomplish. In 2023 our family decided to sell the condominium that had been in the family for 40 years. Being Canadian we had to deal with the entire process remotely and we needed to rely on a real estate team that could handle all the details and still keep us informed. Ethel, Mina and their team took on all challenges and details to ensure our condo sold quickly and for top dollar.Mina’s recommendations for staging made a huge difference in the presentation of our condo. Her staging was practical and she quickly identified key things to keep costs to a minimum. She contributed her time to making it happen as quickly as possible and went over and above scheduling contractors to accommodate our occupancy. Ethel was able to get us on the market when it suited our schedule resulting in open houses that were well attended and generated offers within hours. The condo sold in a matter of days above asking price.Their team was also very helpful for us being out of country owners. They provided all the information we needed to guide us in the process and connect us with professional support such as accountants and title lawyers.The selling of our family condo was done with professionalism and ease and we were able to generate a great offer in only a few days. Ethel Lovelace was genuine, friendly and professional at our first meeting at Windward Passage condominium complex. Ethel, Mina, Harvey and staff executed the sale of two condos in our building...Impressed...Ethel was engaged. Her performance was immediate, tireless, and successful.
