Alex’s manner at first meeting created fertile ground for us to develop a warm working relationship that helped me stay at ease through the entire process. I was greeted with thorough research and market analysis. I received thoughtful guidance with the preliminary set up of the condo for presentation and photo images for the on line listing. I appreciated the intention to seek my input when employing particular design considerations. There was a full schedule of weekly open houses with the addition of private showings that resulted in a sincere amount of exposure and ultimately a bid that went to contract. Alex was extremely accessible throughout with the goal of providing information but also physically assisting me in the logistics of clearing out the residence as we approached the closing date. I had the sense from the start that I was in good hands with someone who brought a certain level of concern and respect for me as person.

I didn't know Michelle Silva very well before asking her to show me a property, but I liked her knowledge of Sarasota and her friendly personality so I took a chance and am so glad I did! I can't imagine how I could have had a better experience with a realtor. She was helpful in every way necessary to negotiate and purchase a home, working to get the deal done quickly and easily and providing all the local folks necessary (inspector, real estate attorney,and title company, etc.). Michelle is a smart and caring professional who I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a great Sarasota realtor.

Michelle Silva was such a blessing to our Siesta Key condo purchasing experience. Michelle was very patient. She worked tirelessly through the entire process with us, overcoming the obstacles of a reluctant seller who refused to honor deadlines. Michelle closed the deal while waiting to board a plane mid-trip through her children's fall break vacation. We could not have asked for a better realtor and would highly recommend her services

Michelle was great from day one!! She found us the perfect house in two days since we were coming from Arizona we had very little time to find a house, but she understood our needs right away, she looked hard for a place and found it!! We were very lucky to work with Michelle, she was in touch every day ( emails and phone calls) The company should be very happy to have her as a team member. Michelle did a great job in selling my beach front condo. She conducted numerous open houses during the listing period. Reported to me regularly the results of her efforts. Did not bother me with low or unacceptable bids. She educated me on the market. She kept detailed records on every serious visitor to my condo.
