Susan and her husband Jon have helped me find all four of my homes in Sarasota since I moved here 16 years ago, and as usual, she did a fabulous job and went above and beyond in helping me find just the right place...she showed me many houses and once I found the right one, she spent many hours before I even closed at the house with me so I could get my designer and contractors in to give me pricing for work...she was so generous with her time and her knowledge—I cannot thank her enough! She is going to sell my current home also in a few months and I am very comfortable that she will get me a very good price for it...it was the right house to buy when I bought it and now is the right time for me to sell...and I am confident that transaction will go as smoothly as my recent purchase, thanks to Susan!

Jon Fox did an exceptional job selling our home at 790 Lytham, which he helped us buy in 2010. He also helped us buy our current home in Lakewood Ranch. So our history with Jon has been long. We recommended him to my cousin when she was looking for a home in Sarasota. He found her a lovely home and years later he also helped her sell it. Needless to say, my cousin who now lives in Canada was also extremely happy with the attention and follow up that Jon provided. We think of Jon not only as our realtor but also as a very dear friend.

I am very happy to write about our experience with Susan Fox during our purchase of our home at 3374 Hadfield Greene, Sarasota. Susan was extremely professional and mindful of our needs. From the first day I met Jon he was not only friendly but very professional. He and his wife, Susan, showed me a house that I was interested in and it was new to the market. My husband and I had been looking for the perfect home for quite sometime and I knew after seeing it that this was the one we had been waiting for ! From start to finish Jon was not only a pleasure to deal with but he took over and made sure all inspections, meetings, repairs and deliveries were done to close the deal.
