The owner of that property has mentioned several times how much she likes "Jon" and notes all the qualities he possess. Jon knows what to do and how to do it the proper way. Words will fall short for how Vikki and myself feel about Jon. Jon definitely set the a very high bar for professionalism and went far beyound his responsibilities to make our purchase and move go seemlessly. Definitely very lucky to have worked with Jon, because we are now in our dream home.

My wife and I just closed on our first home thanks to Susan. As first time home buyers we needed everything spelled out to us and she was incredibly helpful each step of the way. Jon Fox was honestly by far the best agent we've ever worked with. Jon is funny, fun to be with, infinitely patient, extremely knowledgeable about the area, considerate, thoughtful, and exceptionally organized. He worked with us for over three years as we refined our thinking from a high rise to a single family home on a third of an acre lot in a gated community. He has a tremendous awareness of various neighborhoods, and was very candid. He always made us conscious of the areas surrounding the individual properties we were viewing. He guided us through the minutia of closing. It was a very smooth transaction from start to finish.

During all three transactions we’ve had with Susan, she has provided information as requested, given us the benefit of her knowledge and experience, guided us in the direction she felt was appropriate, but listened to and respected our point of view.
