Margaret is an exceptional realtor. We were in Florida from Connecticut searching for a seasonal home. Margaret was prompt, pleasant and well versed in market opportunities and the history of our unit. Even though we were planning to list the unit in the future (i.e no present seller/realtor agreement), she spent considerable time in addressing our questions and concerns. When we proceed with the sale, Margaret will be our agent as we are comfortable in relying on her advice.
