Just finished closing! Jackie was great, handled the meeting without us and everything went smoothly. We were retiring from Chicagoland and started looking in Venice over a year ago. Having a pet restricted our condo options but Jackie kept her eye on all options and lead us to our new home. Wanting to make some enhancements she provided numerous recommendations for contractors, electricians, plumbers, etc. we highly recommend Jackie.

When my father passed away, a friend in Nokomis recommended Jackie Kennedy to help sell my dad's home. Living in New Jersey and having to sell a home in Florida was a little daunting. Jackie quelled all of my anxieties, went out of her way, and always had a positive outlook the house would sell and sell fast. Her photographer's pictures of my father's home showed the essence of paradise to live there, and also gave me a wonderful remembrance of my mom and dad. Jackie priced the home just right and it sold immediately and way beyond my expectations. Not only did Jackie do an outstanding job selling my dad's home, she personally and genuinely cared about me her client, and my situation. It was a pleasure to work with Jackie and would do so if ever needed again.

Margaret is very involved in the community and gives back to the kids and families who live here. It is wonderful to have a realtor who knows the area so well and invests in the area so that it continues to be such a wonderful place to live!
