To say that team Dunn made the sale of my condo on Siesta effortless for me is an understatement. Their expertise in handling the sale and getting the best price for my condo was greatly appreciated. This is the second real estate transaction we have had together and if I were to buy again it would be only with team Dunn. Thanks Maurice and Lin you are both the best.

Lucky if you deal with Maurice. He is everything the good agent should be. He is knowledgeable, honest, patient and meticulous in his work. We spent three days together. As a result, based on his research and our priorities we bought an apartment in Sarasota. We saw around 15 properties from Sarasota to Venice. He was guiding us in every step. Can’t wish for more.

Our experience with Lin Dunn of Team Dunn has been exceptional! My wife and I walked into Michael Saunders office and he immediately made us feel welcome. Lin is very honest and direct with his information, which we really appreciated. With so many communities and condominiums in Siesta Key, Lin's experience and knowledge was invaluable when choosing our property. 5-star service!
