Lin and Maurice, helped my daughter and her family relocate from Atlanta to Siesta Key, Florida in 2008. I lived in Atlanta at the time and was selling real estate, but Lin and Maurice were here to help my family with their smooth transition to Florida. After I relocated to Sarasota, I had the privilege of working as a REALTOR with Team Dunn from July 2017-March 2020. I had enough real estate experience to be dangerous. Today I'm with a different real estate brokerage, but looking back on my time with them, I'm so thankful for the things they taught me. They educated me on many of my own transactions, saved some of my own deals from falling apart, showed me the best way to put together CLEAN contracts, savvy listing presentations, and that the customers always come first--even the difficult ones! Through Lin and Maurice, I learned that there are times we just need to get away, trust that other REALTORS will do a good job in our absence, and cherish the time we have put aside for friends and family. If you’re dedicated to helping people find their next dream home, focus on delivering the customer service people expect. Doing so will generate referrals, 5-star reviews, and provide brand lift. Lin and Maurice most definitely fit that criteria for sure! I've known them for years and it's always been a pleasure working with them. I've heard in past conversations people use the expression " you have a million dollar smile! " ... WELL .. for Lin I must say has the "million dollar LAUGH" of a lifetime! One of a kind for sure! If you disagree then well ... you must be confused not me, :) Awesome and respectful customer service all way around and I always leave their presence with a "million dollar smile" of my own from mouth to ear! I give Lin Dunn 6 stars. He is the third realtor I have worked with in a short time- I am not demanding but do have expectations. Lin exceeds them all. He listened to my requirements & put together a list that checked each box. I give him a 100% recommendation.
