My husband and I were just throwing around the idea of moving over the last 2 years. We didn't really do anything about it until our old neighbor asked if we were still interested because a unit was coming up for sale where they live. They referred us to Debra Pitell-Hauge and that's when all the action began. Debra showed us 2 units for sale. We loved one and put in an offer.....and the rest is history. Two weeks later we are moving into our new house because of Debra's hard work and attention to detail, her willingness to make the deal happen. Even the small glitches were overcome easily under Debra's watchful eye. We want to thank Debra for all her hard work, her dedicated professionalism and her conscientious attention to detail. We had considered two other Real Estate Agents but like the 'easy to talk to' style of how Debra handles business. We especially like her 'Let's get it done' attitude. We weren’t seriously looking for a house until we were introduced to Debra at a viewing at the Esplanade of Siesta Key. We saw two homes, really liked one, and a day later asked Debra to put in an offer on one of them. A day later, the deal was done and now two weeks later, we own it. This was an excellent process for my wife and I, it was so smooth that we asked Debra to take on the job of selling our current condo in The Landings. She is a very professional Realtor, the process was smooth and as easy as anything that happened so quickly could be. She is an asset to your company. We have bought and sold a few times in Toronto and Sarasota, I have never written this email before on any of our previous experiences!

Just a note to say how pleased we are with Debra Pitell-Hauge and Kandy Donnelly, whom we got to know quite well in these past few months. Our house was sold in 5 days! Our condo was sold in less than a month! We required both sales in order to buy our new residence and were in quite a time crunch. Thanks to these two professionals, we are now in our new villa enjoying the good life.

Debra is the ultimate professional; she truly listened to our wants and needs and only made decisions in our best interest. Debra was always available, and treated us as if we were her only clients. Debra worked around our schedule, plus always returned our emails, calls, and texts extremely quickly. We needed someone we could trust to deliver what we wanted. Debra went above and beyond to make our needs a reality, including hand-delivering the offer and making difficult negotiations to serve our specific needs. I want to thank Michael Saunders & Company for the wonderful service I received recently on buying a home in Sarasota. My agent was Debra Hauge and she was wonderful. We were impressed with Debra from our initial meeting. Her organized preparation for our meetings, the selections of properties for viewing, and her communication skills were outstanding. Most of all, her professionalism was second to none. She proved to be extremely knowledgeable in the current real estate market on Longboat Key and the Sararsota area. With her negotiation abilities, our offer was accepted. The entire experience proved to be positive.
