Margaret has done an exceptional job making our dream into a reality. She is an excellent communicator and a good listener. We felt very comfortable that she understood our thinking process when evaluating various types of properties. She asked good questions but let my husband and I do most of the talking. She was very patient, offered appropriate advice, and it was clear she had our best interests in mind. She kept us well informed, even at a distance, allowing us to make the best use of our time together when touring properties.
