My husband and I met Margaret at an open house. She was friendly and ready to help us, but not pushy. Margaret was easy to contact and readily available to answer questions or show us properties. Even though we weren’t sure whether to buy or continue to rent, Margaret kept in touch with us. I saw Michael Saunders R.E. signs everywhere while vacationing in Venice and knew they must be a trusted and reliable company. I chose Margaret because she grew up in Venice and could offer firsthand knowledge of schools, communities and dog parks that would best suit our family. I am recently divorced with a 9 year old son, 10 year old golden retriever and an aging Mother, and we presented a difficult task of finding a property best for all of us. Margaret was attentive to our diverse needs and found us the perfect place to call home. She was available 24/7 to show face time videos of properties, negotiate contracts, and provide support during all phases of a long distance purchase. I am so thankful to Margaret for all her hard work and friendship during a big life decision.
