After spending three years living and working in Fabulous Las Vegas, Nevada, Brian recently moved to Florida to be closer to his parents, who live in The Villages and venture down the new path of real estate. Prior to moving to Sarasota, Brian lived in the general area of The Villages for 11 months. Brian decided to move to Sarasota for its hot real estate market, natural beauty, good vibes, and excellent location. Brian has always expressed an interest in the home buying and selling process and saw this new venture in life as a perfect opportunity to continue helping people as he did in the medical field. Before attaining his Florida Real Estate License, Brian worked as a Surgical Neurophysiologist in the state of Texas and Las Vegas in the specialties of orthopedic and neurological spine surgery for several years. Drawing inspiration from his parents’ experience as retirees moving to a retirement community, Brian’s goal is to be an asset to those in similar life phases who are looking for a full-time home to retire in on the Gulf Coast or wishing to invest in the perfect vacation getaway. He feels the ultimate goal is to help people live how they want, where they want. For each customer, Brian delivers patience, respect, attentive listening to their needs and desires, diligent research, and positive experiences in which goals are realized.
Realizing his wishes of living by the water, Brian is acclimating himself to all that Sarasota has to offer. He enjoys water activities such as swimming and jet-skiing, going to comedy shows and sporting events, and exploring the Gulf Coast. While in the medical field, Brian earned the Certification in Neurophysiological Intraoperative Monitoring (CNIM). Prior to entering the medical field, Brian earned Bachelor’s degrees in Psychology and Philosophy from Saint Louis University and a Master's degree in Applied Cognition & Neuroscience from The University of Texas at Dallas. He has also been umpiring baseball games since he was 12 and hopes to umpire for the NCAA in his free time. Additionally, Brian is enthusiastic about the human mind and brain, cars, continued education, and cooking.
