David did an amazing job for us. We are Canadians and we could not get back to Florida, because of COVID 19. David and Tracey looked after everything, from staging the condo, cleaning out our stuff, because we could not bring it back with us. Everything had to go. It was sold furnished, and David went above and beyond the role of a Real Estate Agent. We did not have a worry at all, as everything was taken care of. We felt totally satisfied with their work, as they even saved us money. We could not have asked for a better team. We would have no hesitation in highly recommending David and Tracey, from Michael Sanders & Co.. They are professional, their work ethics are second to none. Thank you David for all your hard work.

While I can definitely say that moving, especially from one state to another, is extremely stressful, I can also add that my real estate agent, Mr. David Anthony, made everything so much easier than it would have been! Going back in time, many years ago, my parents would “haul” all six of us kids to Sarasota every year in July, and we so looked forward to seeing that old bridge leading out to Lido Beach!  Well, times have surely changed and Sarasota has surely “grown-up” along with it.  While I still enjoy taking a Marina Jack cruise and seeing beautiful Siesta Key Beach,  I guess I am still stuck in the past, when everything seemed so much more peaceful and much less crowded. Therefore, when my sister, brother, and I came to Sarasota about 6 years ago to visit my sister, we decided to look for something that resembled the Sarasota that we knew and loved when we were young.  On our way to Punta Gorda to visit my friends, I mentioned that we should stop off at the town named on the sign – Venice and you might say, that’s where we fell in love!  The town of Venice is so pretty, and we started renting a lovely home at The Plantation, on Carnoustie.  It became almost impossible to be able to rent, unless “signing up” a year in advance.  So this year in January, my brother and I rented a not-so-nice small house in Nokomis…it was then that we decided to take a melancholy ride through The Plantation, which we really enjoyed, and even more so, due to the mature landscaping.  On that ride through The Plantation, I spotted an Open House sign and asked my brother if he would want to “check out” the smaller villas, to see how they looked inside.  Coming from a 3,000 square foot home in Pennsylvania, I was definitely ready to see the much-smaller 1,500 square foot villa, and we really liked it! Now, I get to the point...our real estate agent, David Anthony, was just wonderful. Upon first meeting David, it would be impossible to see not only what a wonderful appearance he makes, but how friendly, open, and willing to help he was.   Being originally from New York, it was very pleasant to see someone who makes such a good first appearance and is non-aggressive, but still “gets the job done”. David was always willing to answer a million questions, with total patience, and I felt very much at ease with him.  Even when I bugged him about the garage door opener, or virtually all of the other concerns – about anything and everything – he was just the best!  I would not hesitate to recommend him to any friends or family that might want to consider Florida as their new home. Now, if David could only change the weather to about 70 degrees, he would be even better!!!  In summary, David is a real class-act!   You don’t see much of that anymore, unfortunately.

We were referred to Tracy Pierce and David Anthony by friends. We were shown several places but unfortunately, this was last year's mid pandemic.We left without making a purchase but returned in March to renew our search with Tracy and David. They were beyond patient with us and answered our questions in a very professional manner. We are happy to report that we closed on our Augusta villa on April 28 and are excited to start a new chapter in our lives. Tracy and David are truly an asset to your organization.
