Living in Oak Grove Park for nearly five years and around University Park and Lakewood Ranch since 1999, there isn’t much about the surrounding communities Denise can’t tell you. She and her husband Rich, a licensed general contractor, have been married for 24 years and together for 30 years and fell in love with Sarasota during a visit for their first wedding anniversary, vowing they’d move as soon as possible. They moved the next year and started a family. Their daughter, Rachael, is 15 and an avid equestrian who competes in Hunter/Jumper and Equitation events with her horse, Arlo.
