What an amazing journey it was searching a home in Florida with Jeff. He was kind, knowledgeable, and a great sounding board as we sought to make good decisions. He was patient and took the time to listen to what we were looking for and then went right to work. He did not waste time showing us tons or properties, but took the time to find only the ones, that we had described. And just like that our treasure was in the search he did for us. Jeff helped us negotiate the contract and was available to care for the inspections while we traveled back to Kentucky. Jeff was always quick to respond to phone calls and always thinking things through. Although he represented our side of the transaction, he always considered both parties when working through requests and details.
