Michael was at the desk in your Main Street offices when we stopped by the make some initial inquiries about finding a condo downtown. He noted down our preferences and very soon thereafter began sending listings of properties that met our requirements. He was efficient in setting up showings and he was patient and supportive as we attempted to assess the pluses and minuses which would figure in our final decision. Michael was always quite pleasant and accommodating during the process of making that decision. When we did, documents were filed in a timely fashion, and our closing was scheduled in accordance with our preferences. We feel quite fortunate to have met Michael that first Saturday and to have had him as our agent from then until we closed.
