We feel so fortunate that Ryndie Brusco was our realtor when we were looking for a home in Florida. We are from Wisconsin and will permanently relocate there. Due to this we had only limited knowledge of the differences in real estate between Wisconsin and Florida. We settled on meeting w/Ryndie down in Florida over a weekend. We anticipated meeting and looking at houses for a couple of hours on 1 of the 2 days. We are not naive enough to think that we are Ryndie’s only clients. However that weekend Ryndie spent the entire day Saturday and a large portion of Sunday driving us in her vehicle all over the greater Englewood area, including multiple trips south toward Rotonda Circle. Ryndie Brusco did a wonderful job supporting our search for a home. It ended up with a decision to build, so she was involved with the purchase of our building lot and selecting our builder, John Cannon Homes.
