Right from the very beginning in July of this year when we told him we would contact him when we had a better idea of what we were doing. others we came across through our Internet searching hounded us with constant emails. When we called him in November of 2019 he responded quickly. All during the purchase of the home we had more questions than probably most of his clients do. However he handled them extremely well. He most always had the correct answers and when he did not have the answer he told us that and did his research to get us the correct and knowledgeable answer. My rating is excellent.
