University Town Center: MSC Manager Picks

With the Mall at University Town Center opening October 16^th, the excitement for the addition of 100 new stores and restaurants to the Sarasota area is so palpable, it can be cut with a sharp shopping bag. So, we polled part of the management team to find out which new boutiques or restaurants they can’t wait to visit. Check out their answers and then let us know in the comments which stores you are eagerly anticipating too!   Debbie Judge, Siesta Key Macy’s – Macy’s has everything! I don’t have to go anywhere else and the sales are always great! Ann Taylor – I can always find something I love that fits me perfectly. They have clothes that are perfect for work and play! White House | Black Market – Their clothes are so sophisticated.  I know I will be in style if I buy pieces there! Seasons 52 – This is a great addition to the SRQ area.  I love that the menu changes seasonally and the food is so fresh! Starbucks – Because I am addicted…nothing more.   Georgiana Clamage, Longboat Key South, Mid Longboat Key Saks Fifth Avenue - I am especially excited about the new Saks because I love shopping there and think it is going to be an amazing store!  The staff there is awesome and I think we will all feel like we are in New York the minute we walk in the door. Brio - I'm excited about Brio because I was just introduced to their carpaccio by some girlfriends and it is amazing!  I was at the International Mall celebrating a girlfriend's birthday and we wined and dined her at Brio.  The staff there was fun and excited about the Sarasota restaurant!   Glorida Weed, Lakewood Ranch Apple - I am so excited about having an Apple Store in the new mall.  There are so many questions I want to ask and classes I want to take to help me with my MAC computer.   Laura Benson, Plantation, Venice Seasons 52 – I love visiting the Orlando restaurant.  The food is simple, flavorful and nothing is over 450 calories!  I’m excited to have one nearby. Kate Spade – The simple design of Kate Spade accessories fits my style.   Mary Smedley, Boca Grande, Englewood MAC – I love the quality of every product and can rely on special occasions to be dolled up by the professional artists that work to glam you up.   They have appointments you can set up and learn how to apply makeup.  Fabulous! Express  -  They have exceptional professional business clothing—highest quality for any style.   Pamela Ali, Bradenton, Bradenton IMG Academy Z Gallerie - I am so excited that we are getting a Z Gallerie!  I can now go locally and get all the wonderful decorating pieces that I see on all the home-improvement TV shows. My house is going to look amazing! The Cheesecake Factory – I am so looking forward to Cheesecake Factory!  Have you seen their menu?  It has the largest selection of yummy foods that I have ever seen.  And of course, their cheesecakes…I hear the Caramel Pecan Turtle Cheesecake calling my name now!  Yum!
