Sarasota sold this morning for $7.050 million. The five-bedroom luxury home, which occupies a point of land offering sweeping bay views, was listed for $7.750 million; and placed under contract after only 45 days on the market.
The property, located at 1204 Hillview Drive, was listed by
Marcia Salkin, of the
Longboat Key South office of Michael Saunders & Company; and sold by
Stephanie Church, with the company’s
St. Armands Circle office. Designed by architect Clifford M.
