As an independent brokerage in business for over four decades, we are proud to participate, volunteer, and give back to many local organizations. In our latest Saunders Story, Drayton Saunders reveals how the people of MSC work to make a difference each and every day.
"What’s interesting, I often get asked about the company or I certainly go to many functions where we’re part of the business community and what I’m proud of and what I think really is Michael Saunders & Company is the difference we make. And certainly, that’s providing real estate services first and foremost. But it’s the many other layers that don’t make it to the marketing brochure or aren’t necessarily part of that direct transaction that make this company amazing.I could start with our agents’ commitment and staffs' commitment to the MSC Foundation. Where we give back to over 100 local charities all supporting people in the community that if but for that donation, that person wouldn’t have been helped, that difference wouldn’t have been made, and that’s based on the generosity of over 700 people that make up this company. It’s also being part of the business community and I think a job of a company certainly is to be profitable, to make sure you are competitive, but it’s also to make a difference and I think that’s what Michael and I are passionate about. Being independent means we have the ability to commit to community. We don’t just look at it as one of our locations across the county.

We are about building the brand of the west coast and that brand is our community. It’s as much about what kind of schools we have, it’s our arts infrastructure, it’s about the things people want to be part of by moving here, and it’s our responsibility as a company to participate in that. And I’m so proud that we do that in so many ways, not just Michael and I, but anybody I look to, that make up Michael Saunders & Company, does so many things that they should be up here on camera talking about that difference."
