Best of 2021: Making waves

So, for our second piece dedicated to 2021, we are looking at what it means to create a community for the future. With a longstanding commitment to our people before our profit, we are consistently seeking ways to enhance the lives of others outside our walls.  A mission that has been passed down to our agents, who are just as dedicated to contributing to the communities they serve, made possible through the MSC Foundation. The MSC Foundation, a private nonprofit, was established in April 2011 to support charitable organizations in Sarasota, Manatee, Charlotte, and Lee counties. And, to signify the foundation’s tenth anniversary of contributing to local organizations, with the help of gracious donors, we surpassed our goal of $1 million dollars in grants; with over 50% of agents and staff contributing to help thousands in need. One of which, was the introduction of Military on the Move®- a meaningful way we can give back to the men and women who served in our arm forces. The Military on the Move® program is offered by affiliated brokerages of Leading Real Estate Companies of the World® who want to give back to local service members, and we are proud of each of our agents who committed the time to earn their Military on the Move® certification. He is President-elect for Stellar MLS and sits on the Board of Directors for Gulfside Bank, Sarasota Economic Development Corporation, and the Community Foundation of Sarasota County.
