Three Michael Saunders & Company listings on Siesta Key have been selected as finalists in the HGTV Ultimate House Hunt 2023. The Ultimate House Hunt is a monthlong online promotion held annually on HGTV.com, showcasing extraordinary homes for sale in eight categories: Amazing Kitchens, Beachfront Homes, Countryside Retreats, Curb Appeal, Downtown Dwellings, Homes With a History, Outdoor Escapes and Waterside Homes. All nominees are represented by members of Leading Real Estate Companies of the World® and Luxury Portfolio International®. This is the 12th consecutive year HGTV has worked exclusively with LeadingRE and Luxury Portfolio International® on the Ultimate House Hunt, which runs from June 27 through August 3. The popular awards generated more than 1.5 million votes last year, with consumers selecting their favorites among the featured listings. Michael Saunders & Company’s Siesta Key listings at 7340 Point of Rocks Road (below center) and 8324 Sanderling Road (below left) were selected by HGTV’s editors as finalists in the Beachfront Homes category and its listing at 5131 Jungle Plum Road (below right) was named a finalist in the Waterfront Homes category.
