With more than 30 years of industry expertise, including 27 years devoted specifically to real estate, Wogoman brings a proven record in brokerage leadership, agent development, and strategic growth.
Throughout his career, Wogoman has demonstrated a consistent ability to build high-performing teams and foster environments where agents thrive. His experience spans leadership roles with both independent and publicly traded real estate companies, where he has driven results through data-informed strategy, culture-based leadership, and operational excellence.

Most recently, Wogoman served as President and Managing Director of Realty Masters & Associates, where he led brokerage operations and implemented scalable systems to support agent success, retention, and long-term growth. He also founded Syncly LLC, a service-first, technology-supported transaction coordination company serving agents in California and Florida, with planned expansion into additional states.
Wogoman held senior leadership roles with Real (Nasdaq: REAX), where he built and scaled the company's national agent training platform and recruited more than 140 producing California agents during a critical growth phase. He later led brokerage operations at Bennion Deville Homes and Coast Homes Real Estate, driving team growth, increasing production, and maintaining strong compliance standards.
Originally from Oklahoma, Wogoman spent 27 years building his career in Southern California before relocating to Southwest Florida. He now resides in Southwest Cape Coral and has embraced the Suncoast lifestyle—boating, enjoying the Gulf waters, and exploring the natural beauty of Sanibel and the surrounding islands.
As Branch Manager, Wogoman will oversee day-to-day operations, support agent success, and foster a collaborative office environment aligned with Michael Saunders & Company's longstanding commitment to integrity, service, and results.
