A new Waldorf Astoria–branded luxury condominium tower is planned for downtown Sarasota, bringing a globally recognized hospitality brand to the city for the first time. The 18-story development will replace the existing Zenith building at Five Points and introduce 86 high-end residences, along with ground-floor commercial space. Developed by Jebcore Cos. and WMG Development in partnership with Hilton, the project is already generating interest, with a sales gallery open and contracts underway.
