Closing out the decade, the top sale of 1011 Casey Key Road capped off a tremendous year for the barrier island and a stunning Lido Key estate broke records as the highest sale in the 34236 zip code since 2010. The grand downtown penthouse at Beau Ciel also sold after a complete interior reimagining compelled a savvy buyer to opt for the Bayside gem over the slew of new construction dominating the area. With a private rooftop hot tub and 360-degree views of water, city and sky, we applaud the decision.

Looking at all luxury sales over $3 million for the year, Michael Saunders & Company had the highest total luxury sales in units with both listings and buyers for Sarasota, Charlotte and Manatee counties – taking up an impressive 34% of market share.
