From there, Tess became the president of one of the top luxury brokerages in Denver, Colorado. Soon after, she transitioned to executive vice president and COO of brokerage John R. Wood, which specializes in luxury resort properties. From these experiences, Tess has become skilled in how to run this ever-changing business at the brokerage level and in luxury real estate sales.
