Their knowledge and professionalism from the start was appreciated. Their suggestions on how best to prepare for showings and most importantly pricing the unit accurately made a big difference. There was a potential issue within days of closing that would have affected the sale. Laura and Tim provided a solution to the buyer so that we were able to proceed with the sale. Not only are they great agents but they are people who really do care!

I have to say my experience with Garry Neves was amazing. He took so much time to make a tough experience as easy as possible. He is incredibly professional and just all all around great person. While selling my mom’s house from another state could pose a lot of problems he saw to it that there were none. I highly recommend using him and hope you have the wonderful experience I did.
