I was referred to Rodger by a friend who was very impressed with him. My experience was even better than what my friend had said. Rodger showed complete professionalism throughout the experience, which was longer than expected due to seeing many properties and putting offers in on multiple homes. When things got complicated and we got a little down, Rodger always kept us on track and in a positive frame of mind, giving us the confidence that we were going to find the right home at the right price. Rodger’s expertise and market knowledge showed on discussions related to flood zones, architecture style, construction type, permitting, and several aspects the typical home buyer should know before purchasing but may never think to ask or even understand. Rodger attended every meeting, inspection, or anything necessary or not even necessary, and was there early and ready for business. He has contacts and resources for any and everything related to the home buying and ownership process and to my experience they are all quality professionals as well. I got Adam Cuffaro's name when I Google searched- Best Realtor In Bradenton, and I see why his name showed up! Adam not only showed us homes, he helped us understand the area, gave us names of utilities and services and really helped us get to know the Bradenton area better. As we were moving to FL from half a country away, it was nice to be able to always get a quick response to every call, text or email that I sent Adam. Adam also kept us posted on every step that was being done with the inspections and closing. We would highly recommend Adam to anyone looking a purchasing a home in the Bradenton area!

Lisa was the 3rd agent we connected with to sell our property in Sarasota during a very bad and worsening condo market for sellers. She was very active in setting up the property and the pictures, in advertising the property, in doing open houses and doing her best to find buyers.
